          Hi, I'm Harish Pechetti. I was diagnosed with Cancer and underwent the treatment. Facing Cancer was one of life's toughest challenges. After my treatment, I needed to get stronger and healthier again. During this time, I learned how important it is to change your lifestyle and diet to feel better.I got interested in nutrition, which is all about how food affects your health. I became certified in food and nutrition and trained as a health coach.
          My goal is to help people make intelligent choices for their health and build good habits that last. True wellness means taking care of your body and mind, and I aim to give the best advice based on what works.
